Refund policy
At AfroStyle Hub, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you have the right to return your order under the conditions below.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us within this period by email.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
• Products must be in the same condition as received
Hygiene & Safety Notice
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
• Opened or used hair and skincare products
• Products that have been unsealed after delivery
• Items not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (in accordance with EU law)

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• A short reason for the return
We will provide instructions for returning your item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:
• The product
• The packaging
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
